西安紅旗混凝土外加劑廠(chǎng)創(chuàng )建于1991年，是陜西省第一家混凝土外加劑專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)。本廠(chǎng)吸收國內外技術(shù),工藝設備先進(jìn),管理嚴格,各類(lèi)混凝土外加劑性能均達修訂GB8076-1997規定的一等品指標。1992年通過(guò)省級投產(chǎn)鑒定，FD防凍劑、ZQ早強減水劑曾獲93國家科委“星火計劃”成果金獎和優(yōu)秀獎，1994年被省建設廳列為冬期施工推薦產(chǎn)品，1995年被全國化學(xué)建設用戶(hù)委員會(huì )評為信得過(guò)產(chǎn)品，1998年被中國建筑業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )化學(xué)建材用戶(hù)委員會(huì )評為用戶(hù)信得過(guò)產(chǎn)品，2009年榮獲中國監督協(xié)會(huì )全國市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量合格用戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意雙優(yōu)單位等。TheXi'anRedFlagConcretesAdmixtureFactoryfoundedin1991,itistheShanxiProvincefirstconcretesadmixturespecializedplant.Thisfactoryabsorbsthedomesticandforeigntechnologies,theprocessunitisadvanced,themanagementisstrict,eachkindofconcretesadmixtureperformancereachesthetop-qualityproducttargetofrevisesGB8076-1997stipulation.In1992throughtheproductionappraisalofprovinciallevel.TheFDantifreeze,theZQstrongwaterreducingagentonceattainedthegoldmedalandthehonorablementionofthe“thestarwarsplan”achievementofthe93NationalSciencecommittees.In...
